Our 4-year-old daughter's behavioral health therapist recommended getting a weighted blanket to help with her anxiety and insomnia. It has worked wonders, and she loves it! I liked all the fabric choices, size suggestions, and weight recommendations. I just received my 2nd Mosaic Weighted Blanket and love it! I have sleep apnea and severe insomnia. These weighted blankets have increased my sleep time from @ 2-3 hours in a row to 5-6 hours. So, they are obviously not a cure, but they sure help. I was concerned the blanket might make it too warm for sleeping but it doesn't. I use a sheet, then my weighted blanket and add blankets for warmth as usual. The only reason I purchased a second blanket is because I got tired of lugging the first one I bought back and forth from the cottage. The choice of colors and sizes is great!
