I purchased a blanket for a birthday and while it was delivered on time, the weight of the blanket was not correct. I ordered 18 lb and received 15 lb. I spoke to the former owner on the phone (apparently the current owners are having health issues and she was helping). Well, after paying to return the original blanket and paying to ship the replacement, I've received nothing. It's been months and no one is responding to either email or phone. Do not buy from this company. UPDATE - Yes, this item was refunded the day after I posted this review. There was no communication however in relation to this refund. It just showed up. No updates, apologies, etc.

I did go to the location and the staff was very helpful. I am disappointed that the weighted blanket has not helped with my situation. I bought a blanket in hopes that it would help with my sleeping problem. Sad to say it has not helped at all. I think part of the problem is that the plastic pebbles fall to the bottom of the squares. That being said you end up with really no weight on you. That might be why it did not work for me. Now I am out a good amount of money with no help for my problem.

Love the lap pad..... BUT i called and was told to email any request for the grab bag... I emailed and stated it was for a boy... and didnt really care about color.... o got a paisley print.

I was pleased to discover Mosaic weighted blankets as they made hospital grade blankets which are difficult to find. The fabric and poly pellets were what we were looking for in a blanket, and the fabric selection was very good. The team was helpful and responsive to my inquiries. We ordered a 10# blanket and it was delivered promptly. Shipping costs were high but felt to be worth it. . The look of the blanket was great. However, we were disappointed that the squares of poly pellets in the 10# blanket were so large that when the blanket was placed over the body, the pellets all shifted to the far corners of each square making for uneven weight distribution. Not what one looks for in a weighted blanket. When customer service was contacted, the solution offered was to fold the blanket over to get more weight. Given the setting it is used in, that was not a helpful response. They were more than willing to accept a return, but given the cost to ship back, we declined. So, overall we were disappointed. The quality of the blanket was acceptable, a heavier blanket would likely have more filling per square and this may not be an issue. Something to consider when ordering.

The blanket has material in it that makes noise when you move it. Like sand material.

I like the weight of the blanket. I just expected the size of the blanket itself to be larger. I don't know if I misunderstood or what but, I expected a much larger size blanket to cover my whole bed not just a small portion. That is my only disappointment.

The time it took to ship was much longer than stated on the website. I did not see how this blanket is any different from what I can make right at home. I was hoping for the price it would be easier to care for as well. It is quite small also.

We love the product but we ordered an in stock option to get the fastest delivery time and had to call looking for our order to actually get it delivered. This happened two separate times.
