This was the fifth house I've purchased and Morty's customer service shined bright. I view it as a mortgage process for the modern age. If you're in the market for a new home, do yourself a favor and give Morty a look.

We are first-time home buyers who were really confused with all the offers in the market, but ultimately we chose Morty, because we worked with Ian who was very responsive and helpful on pre-approvals during house hunting before, and he also gave us one of the best offers. Ian and Keegan made the process very easy and painless, and helped us solve any issues we encountered quickly and efficiently. Due to Covid-19, it was hard to find an appraiser in our area, but they managed to rush it through, and we closed only 2 days later than initially planned. It took us around 30 days to close from the time we chose Morty as our broker, and we couldn't be happier.

We were first time homebuyers and the process at Morty was transparent and honest from first click. Ian was great, quick to respond and resourceful; when Keegan and the rest of the team got involved it was seamless to the end. I’ll use Morty for any house I purchase and recommend it to others.

Uploading document was easy too and you can check anytime what other documents are needed. When we need a mortgage again, we would use Derek and Keegan for sure. great company, great people to work with!

As first time home buyers with a relatively short window to close we received a lot of advice to stick with a "local broker" that knows the market. After doing a little research and consulting with friends/family we decided to shop around and include "online brokers" - turned out to be one of the best decisions we made in the process. Morty's unbeatable rates, online application and monitoring process, combined with their easy and timely access to actual loan officer(s) made the financing part of the process extremely informative and relatively easy/stress-free. We worked with Derek, Jack and Keegan on a deal that fell through (for inspection reasons), followed by a successful one that closed in approximately 3 weeks - during the covid19 related uncertainties - 4/24 close. No issues with "local laws and customs" and everyone involved was extremely responsive to all inquiries whether by phone or email. Whether you go with Morty or not, it's highly recommended to at least get a quote and have them go over their approach.

The Morty experience was excellent. Everything was professional, honest, and completed on-schedule or ahead of schedule. Good communication on requirements and exactly what needed to be done throughout the entire process. Derek and Keegan make a great team to close a loan and get you into your dream home. Originally I had written quite a review about the issues we were having. However, after a few phone calls made by my wife we were in touch none other than the CEO of Morty. He was straight-forward, honest, and extremely helpful. After some real talk, he went to bat for us and got this thing done. We are now in the process of moving into our new home.
