Graham was so great to work with. He explained everything clearly and was always happy to answer questions (and as this was our first home, we had a lot of questions!). He was super quick with responses and drawing up forms, and he got us the lowest rates possible. Couldn't recommend him and Mortgage America highly enough!

Jeff Sowers was extremely helpful with getting our mortgage on our house and also with refinancing this year since rates went down. I can not say enough great things about how he handled both of the mortgage processes with us. He made it very easy and took his time with us and helped us through the process with our many questions. I would highly recommend Jeff and Mortgage America to everyone.

I almost gave 5 stars Bc really everyone was great, and the whole process was fairly easy over all. I did feel things were a little un organized towards the end so that’s why I am giving 4. In the end everything worked out and I will still recommend Mortgage America to others! Thank you !!

Excellent Service, knowledgeable Staff and very helpful.

Having never purchased a home before I was apprehensive setting forth on this process alone. I had nothing to worry about, Bob Martz was there to offer his guidance every step of the way. If I had a question about the process and emailed Mr. Martz in the evening or over the weekend, I received a response within minutes, even though I started the email with "When you are in the office". Finding this level of customer service is truly a rarity and combining it with the great interest rate I received from Mortgage American made this a win/win situation and overall great experience.
