It was good to work with everyone on the process, Angela Colloi was precise and kept me informed.

Mortgage America had everything ready day of settlement. Very friendly staff and informative. Although my fiancé and I did have to resend documents that were already scanned which was our only complaint. A little lack in communication between team members, but over all a reliable company & experience.

Most of the experience was painless. I had one pain point dealing with them but outside of that, it was painless. The pain point was they waited to the last minute to request certain documents from me so as a result, I had to rush to get them. Otherwise, things were great.

A lot of requests for paperwork came at the end of the loan process that were challenging to provide.

So far so good. Not having a local branch to visit to speak with someone in person is a little odd. We were hoping that we could change our monthly deduction date. Is that possible? -Kyle

The process could have been communicated better between us. Communication is very important There was a lot of paperwork that was needed which is understandable. Everybody had a part to play and once they were done that was it. Make sure with any type of loan rather its a mortgage or a personal loan that everything is in order from A-Z last minute surprises can hold up closing . Overall they worked with me and it got done. Thank you
