Mortgage AmericaReviews of mortgagebankamerica.com

We are so happy with Mortgage America! We refinanced our mortgage and got a great interest rate! All questions were answered professionally and in a timely manner. They also helped settle an old property tax problem that could have been disastrous for us! Settlement was smoothe and easy! Would definitely recommend with a 5 star! Thanks to the entire staff and to Jeff Kraus for helping us through this process!

MA was there for us every step of the way. Even though this was not our first time buying and getting a mortgage, they took the time to answer each and every question. It felt like we were their only clients. I would recommend MA to anyone!

Such a smooth process and my mortgage agent Jen Strickler was amazing. Especially since there was no real estate agent. She helped keep The ball rolling.

Chris Nein took care of the process and as always does a great job getting everything completed.

Most of my communication with your company was with Kevin Sutera. Kevin was very helpful, compassionate and understanding. Kevin helped us with technical issues (on our end) in getting various documentation to him. He guided us through various issues with our Chromebook computer and printer issues, along with cell phone reception problems at one point due to local issues as a cell tower was being upgraded??? The Covid crisis made things a little more difficult. but Kevin was able to guide us through the issues with minor inconveniences. I would recommend your company to anyone! Our move is near complete and we appreciate the professional service that we received in the mortgage process!!!

It was a relatively easy process, and we got great terms on our mortgage!

I had a great experience working with Chris Nein and his team. This was my second mortgage with Chris and he did an excellent job. Thank you again Chris and Mortgage America!

Very easy to work with an attentive to our questions
