Overall, we had a very good experience! I think with all of the new covid procedures in place there was a little confusion about what information was being sent back and forth. It was a little frustrating at times, but we were able to work through it and close our refinance on time.

They where great to work with this was my third mortgage with them. Jeff Kraus always seems to get the job done even when there is a problem that comes up but that is his 30 years of experience. Holly also is great to work with she keeps everything organized and the process flowing. I saved a lot of money on my mortgage and lower my payment to make it more affordable to own my home.
