Overall decent experience. Although all were pleasant, there was an excessive amount of handoffs from one entity to the next. Purchasing a new home is a stressful experience. Having a "go to" person from the start to the finish would make things much more pleasant and improve the overall customer experience.

Excellent service, low rates and good technology tools for submitting documents. Jason Breidinger walked us through the entire application, answered our questions, and when the rates dropped before our closing, made sure we had a more competitive rate. My only suggestion would be to have earlier communication about the first mortgage payment. It’s reassuring to know as soon as possible what needs to be done (the when, what, where, and how). Thank you Mortgage America!
