So our son slipped on water at our Fayette mall busting his head open. Blood everywhere. We were trying to figure out how to go forward and were driving down the road when I heard that ad on the radio that says somebody called our office and said I’m a nobody and how they will help no matter what. So I decided to call. We sent all the pics we had over and after a few weeks got a call. The attorney basically said it wasn’t worth there time because it wasn’t a substantial enough lawsuit. Basically they wouldnt make enough money for it to be worth to them. Then even told us to go somewhere else that might handle it lol. So we have ended up with nothing. So much for helping the little guy.

DO NOT CARE ABOUT CLIENTS
I had a major motorcycle accident in which I was hit and severely injured by the other party and left me with over $250,000 in medical debt jus for the hospitals visit (not the years worth of recovery). They did not do anything more than haggle with the insurance company. Continuously tried to pressure me into signing documents (which I had the sense not to sign). At one point they wanted me sign a $10K deal….i refused…then made a $50K deal….i refused…..then finally offered $100K in which they reinforced the idea that I would not see any more than that. I asked since the girl was 17 could the parents be held responible. They told me no and used the analogy of a kid having a handgun and said that a parent can’t be held reliable if they shot someone, I disagreed but trusted their words (afterward I found this not true).
After signing for the measly $100K they took %33 leaving me with $60,000 in rewards and still over $250,000. Through the process not once did the lawyer attempt to actually speak with me only the paralegal. I finally demanded that I speak with the lawyer. Just another white collar filling his pockets.
THESE PEOPLE ARE HUSTLERS….and do not truly care about your challenges. Large firm that takes high volumes of cases…quickly settle and close those cases and take a %30+ fee. This is their model. DO NOT DO IT….ZERO STARS! Only thing they are good at is marketing!

"If I could give zero stars
"If I could give zero stars, I would. This firm relies on high-budget advertising to lure you in, only to pass your case off to a revolving door of overworked paralegals and case managers. I never once spoke to an actual attorney despite being a client for over 3 years. Communication is virtually nonexistent. You will have to call multiple times just to get a basic update, and when they do respond, it’s usually to pressure you into accepting a pennies-on-the-dollar settlement so they can take their cut and close the file. They are cherry-pickers who only want slam-dunk cases and will drop you the second your case requires actual work. The billboards scream 'For The People,' but my experience proves their only motto is 'For The Payday'. Save yourself the stress, avoid the misleading ads, and hire a firm that actually communicates with its clients."
If you are looking for an attorney who actually communicates with you, look elsewhere. After signing with Morgan & Morgan, I deeply regret my decision. Once they had my signature, it was impossible to get in touch with a real lawyer. I was constantly passed around to different case managers, and when I asked for updates, I was met with radio silence for weeks. They make massive promises on their billboards, but treating clients like just another number in a factory seems to be their actual business model. They seemed entirely focused on pushing for a quick, lowball settlement just to close the file rather than fighting for what I was owed. Save yourself the stress and hire a firm that actually values your case.

I started dealing with Morgan & Morgan…
I started dealing with Morgan & Morgan March 2026 they promise you the world and that they’re gonna help you and that they can get you in the physicians and that they care. I went through three case managers who would barely message me back on the app. It’s Mission impossible to try to get somebody on the phone and yesterday they determined that my case wasn’t high valued enough and said that I could go to Elk & Elk if I wanted to file suit and since March, this was the first time I’ve ever talked to this attorney just three other case managers but because the insurance is only offering $2600 it’s not worth Morgan & Morgan‘s time go anywhere else this place is trash

I wish I could rate this company less…
I wish I could rate this company less than one star. But unavailable at the moment. My experience with Morgan and Morgan is far less than satisfactory. I’ve just recently had a severe fall with head trauma. After speaking with several associates after being unable to receive valued customer service and the inability to speak with the attorney assigned, and after three months of waiting they came to the conclusion that they were not interested in pursuing the case and that I should look for another firm
They advertised that they are for the people, there are no case too small, no company too large. Based on the services I received, they are full of shit, their customers service is poor, their attorneys are over rated. Their. Advertising in services and ability in serving the people are also full of lies. Their only concern is how much money they can put into their own pockets. Based on someone else's misery and misfortune, Bottom line I wouldn't recommend or use this firm for a stumped toe case. To those who took the time to read this review. Please do your homework if you're considering this company. Word of mouth from someone else is the most valued recommendation there is. If you're considering another firm try Rand. Spear I did.

I wouldn't chose Morgan & Morgan because of John…
I chose Morgan & Morgan because of John Morgan's television commercials and the firm's "For the People" slogan. I believed that meant I would have a legal team that would communicate with me, prepare my case thoroughly, and fight for my best interests.
Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
I was stopped at a red light when my vehicle was rear-ended by a sheriff's deputy. Before the accident, I was healthy, active, and worked out 5–6 days a week. As a result of the crash, I required approximately six months of medical treatment and was diagnosed with bulging and herniated discs in my back.
From the very beginning, I felt like my case was not given the attention or preparation it deserved. Communication was one of the biggest problems. I was rarely kept informed about what was happening with my case and often felt completely out of the loop. Most of the time, I had to reach out just to get basic updates.
One of my biggest frustrations involved the evidence. I specifically asked about the deputy's dash camera footage and body camera footage, but those recordings were never provided to me or discussed in any meaningful way. I was left wondering whether all of the available evidence had been fully pursued.
Throughout the entire process, I never felt like anyone was truly fighting for me or advocating for my best interests. I expected my legal team to be prepared, proactive, and willing to build the strongest case possible, but I did not feel that happened in my case.
This accident changed my life. Going from working out 5–6 days a week to dealing with months of medical treatment and lasting back injuries was not something I ever expected. I wanted an attorney who would recognize the seriousness of what I was going through and aggressively represent me. Instead, I felt like I was just another case file.
The reason I hired Morgan & Morgan was because I believed their "For the People" message. Based on my personal experience, I never felt heard, never felt like I was a priority, and never felt like the representation matched the expectations created by that slogan.
Everyone's experience may be different, but based on mine, I would not choose Morgan & Morgan again, nor would I recommend the firm to my family or friends.

I contacted Morgan & Morgan seeking personal injury rep
I contacted Morgan & Morgan seeking representation for my personal injury case. I explained my situation in detail, and after I finished, I was simply told that they would not be able to take my case. I politely asked several times if they could explain why so I could better understand, but I was told there was no reason given. Before I could ask any additional questions, the call ended.
I understand that law firms have the right to decide which cases they accept, but I was disappointed by the lack of communication and professionalism during the interaction. Even a brief explanation or a courteous referral to another attorney would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling unheard and frustrated.
