what went wrong? Who knows because they not here to help me or possible others alsoThese people dont help you they say they working your case it took them 15days to deny me . Day before this they asking me PHI I send back that day thy They also connected with company that I had accident with that company called me the same day the lawyer called to deny me. Morgan and Morgan say they was working the case but what you was doing was messing me up. The staff that help me Stephanie and Kali are so impolite they dont care for you or about you. Before.I started I didn't want to use this company name if you could not help me. Guess what the Lord is going to help me, always has and will. You will never get my business. I guess when you see this on TV commercial everything aint kick up to be good. I thought I was going to get one of those actors maybe it was not real. Be Aware!!

Dropped my case never contacted me during the time they were suppose to be getting information. I was injured in a wheelchair accident caused by someone with a make shift ramp. I spent a month in rehab, a month at home doing therapy 4 days a week and the third month learning how to walk again. But because there was no surgery they dropped me. They are a bunch of nuts out of a cracker jacks box. And they aren't even BBB. ACCREDITED

I just went in the Pensacola office and Jennifer Secriskey was so delightful and helpful. I got some paperwork emailed to me from intake but wasn't sure how to open it and she helped me through it. She is a great asset to the company!

Morgan and Morgan advertises that they are a family company and that they treat you like family. I have not found this to be the case. The communication is not good and they are slow to get back with you if at all. I would not recommend them to any one. In June 2026 we hired Morgan and Moragan to handle our accident case. We would text our case worker with no response. Especially after we were being released from the doctor that they sent us to. After a month and a half of going to doctor appointments and two weeks of no replies we were assigned a new case work due to the first one not being there. I was told that my medical cost were more that they could get from the insurance and I was being dropped to pursue this myself. They were nice enough to give me the paper work and I submitted to the insurance company and within a week I was overnighted a check. My husbands case has been full of not very good communication. We had to contact them to get any answers. It is now Oct 2026 and we are still waiting. My husband signed all of his settlement paper work and was told that it would take up to 10days. Well it has been 2 ½ weeks and nothing. He was told that his case worker was out and that some one was taking care of her files. Every time he texts for an update he is told that that they do not have an up date. I tried texting to find out who we can talk to find out what is going on and there was no response. I spoke to a supervisor and told I was dropped and my husband had to call. We feel that because the person that was at fault had minimum insurance that our case is not as important as if they would have had higher amount of coverage. This not the way to treat your clients.

Representative Jennifer Secriskey is a dynamic worker. Ultimately, I had trouble contacting the firm because needed to discuss my case with a male representative. Each time I call I had a problem with a representative which I will not name because overall Morgan & Morgan is a great law firm. Nevertheless, I highly recommend Representative J. Secriskey a new title in her workmanship. In-fact, she deserves recognition due expertise.

They are a corporation who are only interested in high claim payouts. They could not care less about people. For the people is a crass , misleading , profit based slogan. In truth , all they care about is their financial payout. They are super eager to sign you up. They are legal scavengers. Find an honest , private , legal professional. Morgan + Morgan is a corporation that could not care less about you or your suffering. They care only about their payout. Do not even consider them. Morgan + Morgan are Scavengers. Do Not Waste Your Time.

They are only concerned with large settlement cases. They strung me and my case along for months with 0 action. Then one day call me out of the blue and said they will not move my case foward. Don’t use them they have a lot more negative reviews than I realized. Luckily I figured this was going to happen and I contacted a local firm and they have taken my case and are perusing compensation for my case.

1 star is to high a rating for this company! They will not answer messages on their own app and you’ll have better luck finding bottled Unicorn farts then you will getting your case manager on the phone. Then once everything is done and the demand letter is sent on your behalf when the insurance denies payment because they asked for the policy maximum, they drop your case instead of even negotiating or actually filing a law suit. Nope when there is real work to be done that’s when they quit. On the bright side at least I don’t have to pay them 40% of my payout any longer👍
