I called Morgan and Morgan for a mal practice suit and I guess it wasn't going to be enough of money for them to take so I have been talking to different lawyers that at least act like they care since it's for my mother. I should have known from the first time I had them they wouldn't do crap cause it's not a big case like a injury suit if anybody uses them I really feel sorry for you cause they are not worth a crap in my opinion cause they really don't give a crap about you all they are out for is to to see how much money they can make and Injury cases that's the same way cause we had them for a wreck that wasn't my husband's fault and they didn't do alot for that case either so screw Morgan and Morgan

After over 3 years, being sent to a quack doctor ( that didn't do anything except talk about the case). My primary care doctor did more for my injury. Going to court just for the case to be settled because the doctor (expert witness) lied. This was my first time dealing with anything like this I trusted Morgan and Morgan to help me that was my mistake. I didn't know how to get help for my injuries after my insurance coverage ran out. I am very disappointed. Every time I hear the commercials it bothers me. I am still in pain and can't sleep because of the pain. I basically only heard from the attorney right before something was happening with the case. I am now on medication for depression from being in pain. The commercials say for the people well from my experience they are for themselves and doctors. I am still suffering.

Beware of Morgan & Morgan: Zero Empathy or Communication. This firm operates like a corporate machine where clients are just file numbers. My handling attorney consistently ignored direct phone calls, email questions, and specific requests. Instead of practicing honest communication, they focused entirely on daily pressure tactics to force a signature on a closing statement with an inflated settlement number. This number was clearly designed to maximize the firm's excessive fees rather than protect my best interests. They completely refuse to negotiate their charges or show basic compassion. Avoid this firm and look for a dedicated attorney who values communication and client care.

My wife was in a car accident, the other driver had no insurance. My insurance paid for everything. Morgan and Morgan needs to spend less on commercials, take care of your clients. We got nothing!

I would give zero start if I could. I was in a hit and run accident which totaled my car and left me and 2 of my siblings injured. I contacted the law firm and the experience was horrible. I was able to find out more information about the car owner and driver than they were. I had to tell them the car was rented and the owner wasn’t the driver at the time of the accident. All the info they had was info I provided in conversation. All they did was have one conversation with the owners insurance, came back and said “he has no coverage”. Did no further investigation nor asked any further questions. They immediately wanted me to go against my own insurance so they would get paid. However, the car was rented thru Turo and then was reported stolen (which they didn’t know because they didn’t ask any questions). I refused to sue my insurance and pushed them to go further and ask more investigative questions. Eventually they came back and said “no one has insurance coverage on the car owner or renters side so we’re closing the case”. And that was the end. I also emailed the actual lawyer assigned to my case because the assistant talked in circles and was not answering simple questions. That email went ignored. In the end I’ve never actually met or spoke to (via call, txt, email) the lawyer assigned to the case. They’re tactics and communication leaves a lot to be desired. Everything they did was something I could have 100% done myself by picking up the phone or doing a google search.

I had a bad experience with Morgan to Morgan bad communication bad customer service.Im unhappy with the settlement amount.

I don’t believe they are for the people I believe they are for the money that will be going into their pockets. If they are for the people they would be willing to help anyone with any kind of case no matter what the financial outcome come is. That’s for the PEOPLE. Always remember that before even considering them for a law firm to help.
