Took my case for a slip and fall, wasn't able to get the video from the manager and immediately dropped the case. The staff is slow and useless and the lawyer was clueless.

Just pointing out that the reason they have such a high number of cases they win is because they pick and choose the cases they take. Not cuz the attorneys that work there are "actually good attorneys" or that "they care" about whatever bs their commercials say could affect you after an accident. If your in an accident (when walking or cycling) that wasn't your fault , injuries so bad you missed months of work leading to loss of your home or food to eat, etc, but person at fault had no insurance then they'll just gonna "wish you luck" before sweeping you under the rug and go about their dust free day. So no they don't really care about whatever problems you've occurred since your issues began...

My sister was in an accident and i contacted them, they replied via email with some forms to complete. Then i never heard from them in a while! a couple of weeks later someone emailed me to create a portal with her info and i didnt hear from them for another few months. i called and emailed until a paralegal emailed to say they wont be able to take my case!

I called Morgan and Morgan about the wording of my 3 percent mortgage. It says anyone can take over my obligations. PNC bank says only immediate family, Freddie Mac who funded the mortgage says only if im under a hardship, such as bankruptcy or divorce. Morgan and Morgan declined to help me but sent information to search for an employment attorney. Employment has nothing to do with my issue.

Morgan and Morgan lost our case and then placed a lien on original insurance offer without our consent and took 40% of the insurance check without our knowledge or permission. These funds were already ours before we hired them. Stay away from Morgan. They’ve become America’s largest law firm for a reason a that’s because they screw ALOT OF PEOPLE.

This law firm is very UNPROFESSIONAL and CARELESS. They NEVER return your calls or text messages, it is a waste of time. They promised you they will go above and beyond with your case and it goes cold. The paralegal named JEZEBEL HERNANDEZ it is extremely unprofessional. She needs to find another way of making a living, as it is getting hurt at work is stressful, this law firm adds more stress to your current situation, do not ever contact them, run away from them.

This firm is all about money for themselves. They do not care about you at all. They ads they run are miss leading and basically a LIE

I was in a car accident may 15 they agreed to take my case they sent me to they doctor n then they called me outta the blue n told me the wasnt going to be over my case anymore for no reason They barely returned my call the paralegal was very rude I would never used them again they the worst ever .
