It was the worst experience ever I would never recommend anyone to them ever. My husband was in an awful car accident. He was at a red light and some teenagers slammed into him going 45 miles an hour totaled my car. He was knocked out at the scene thrown across the intersection was sent to trauma in the hospital was hurt really really bad. We were at a total loss financially and physically and for no reason at all, they decided to drop our case with no explanation no call nothing they are the worst firm ever. They left us with Dr. bills and everything please whatever you do do not trust them. They do not care about you. They are a fraud.

Morgan & Morgan accepted my claim, they told me to tell everybody that they were representing me. After about a month of having my case, they dropped me no reasons nothing. I guess I'm not a quarter of a million dollar client. So they drop me like I was a piece of crap. I would not recommend them at all.

I chose Morgan & Morgan because of their reputation and repeated message that they advocate for everyday working people. Unfortunately, my experience has left me profoundly disappointed. I remain unable to work and am still actively recovering from my accident through physical therapy, injections, and follow-up care. My PIP/no-fault benefits are critical to my ability to financially survive during this time. EXAMWORKS cancelled an appointment on me, and my case was subsequently closed. I did not stop attending treatment or refuse to cooperate, yet I am now suffering the financial consequences while trying to get the case reopened. I have repeatedly contacted Morgan & Morgan for assistance, been given response timeframes that have passed, and been told the matter was being escalated without meaningful resolution. What is most upsetting is that after Morgan & Morgan handled my underlying case and received their fee, I began to feel as though I had fallen by the wayside. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for communication, follow-through, and urgency while I am unable to work and facing serious financial hardship. I need someone with the authority to address this matter to contact me, explain what is required to reopen my PIP claim, and help move this forward without further unnecessary delay. I hope Morgan & Morgan resolves this, and I will gladly update my review if they do.

This company is horrible they say they deal with medical malpractice lawsuits and they don't they will ask you all these questions even with proof they still will not handle your case I wouldn't recommend them to no one and it's sad because 1 person sound like he wanted to help and they said they will send you too someone that will help you and the person will not help you waste of time

So I called this Place because I am Bipolar and have been through 6 surgeries I get transferred and do my spell to see if I could get some help. Tha dumbass on the phone said we don't give legal advice. Well dumb fuck what good are you. I will never use or call these shit lawyers again. Ass clowns

First of all, I called a lawyer in Rhode Island since that was where I had a fall. I thought it was a private office but after being passed from one "lawyer" to the next,I was then told that they were all Morgan and Morgan. After answering endless questions from 2 other people, sending pictures of my injuries, signing endless forms, I thought they were working on my case. Well, after a month of all this ,I received an email and text telling me that they were not going to take my case and I might want to seek another lawyer but needed to do it quickly. Apparently, they are not "for the people" and only concerned about their pockets! I'm convinced that their advertisements have their own family members on them and their lawyers are second class people who couldn't get real jobs! Be very careful before you decide to have them help you I think that the way they rope people in by not being up front in their ads should be against the law. The original ad I saw for the lawyer I called did not mention them at all. If I could give zero stars I would!

Hacks. They pester you over and over to fill out forms and once they get your social security number, they disappear. Not entirely though as some are claiming. I did get a response text back from the attorney handling my claim when I inquired why I can't get a return call. The response I got was "OK". Never to be heard from again.

Wanna be lawyers, huge waste of time. I could have represented myself and got a lot further. Clowns
