this company is not good they waist your time after montha they tell me they can no longer do my case cause the money is not enough for them . like really u clowns that greedy that u waist my time for months all there ads are false this place sucks

My personal experience with Morgan & Morgan as a law firm has been, to say the least, problematic. As a former employee I have tried to protect myself. The training is subpar. They give a singular week to training and expect you to reach out for further questions. Additionally, their expectations are unreasonable, due to the brevity of the firm, you would expect an ample amount of workers, however, that is not the case. Most employees had between 60 (for auto) and 400 (Social Security) cases given to them. The amount of specific duties expected within each role is enormous and does not compensate with proper compensation, benefits, PTO, or internal experiences. Asking HR for anything is, as expected, a nightmare. John Morgan himself believes in a 5 day work-in-office policy. This leads to a lot of fatigue. I will spare you the details about my personal experiences, but they follow along the same line. Overall, I cannot recommend this place less a working environment or for those who need legal help. Please seek support elsewhere, you are nothing but dollar signs to everyone from top to bottom.

I hired Morgan and Morgan for a worker's comp case and I was really satisfied with chosing Them. However there is one staff member from the Columbia South Carolina office that really went above and beyond her job. Workers comp was really trying to stall the settlement process to the point of me almost losing livelihood and a lot of things not getting paid. Mrs Candace Johnson was immediately on the phone with them and emailed them everyday until finally she worked to get my case settled. Thank you so much Mrs Candace Johnson for all your dedication and time. I truly hope that Morgan &Morgan realizes what a wonderful and hard working woman they have on their staff. I truly appreciate all your hard work and dedication!!! Thank you, Mrs. Candace Johnson!!!!

They will only take your case if they know it's a slam dunk winner that they don't have to put any real work into. My best advice would be to hire a local attorney that is willing to put in the work

I have never had the misfortune of speaking to people with this level of unprofessionalism and discourtesy. I find it astounding they are allowed to practice law. Twice in five years I have contacted them about two separate matters and both times I found them incompetent and incapable.

They are a money hungry firm that cares nothing about helping people. It is only about adding to their wallet. Would not recommend

After 7 months I received a call stating they were dropping my case and gave me some bs excuse. I searched a little more and actually found a law that goes against what they told me. Totally dissatisfied with these people. The call i received was short and showed no compassion for the mother i had lost.

After seeing their ad I called to ask a couple of questions. A complete waste of time answering their questions (almost 10 minutes) and wasn't allowed to ask any questions.
