Switching layers out saying that the initial one had retired, when they are still employed with them. Check all reviews on every platfor you wii and can see for yourself. . They are not for the people. True scam artist.

Just from the intake experience, decided I would never want them to represent me. No fault of the employee, who seemed as genuinely nice as he was allowed to be, but the process itself feels like calling a telemarketing firm. The first person I spoke to I believe was in a foreign country--very bad connection & difficult to understand. Then I was transferred to an "intake specialist," who clearly did not know or was not allowed to say anything outside a very generic script. He explained I would give him my info, then my story, then he would submit it for review by "a team of attorneys," who would decide if I was eligible for help. Sounded good. I spent about 30 minutes recounting what had happened to give this team of lawyers the best understanding. He asked clarifying questions occasionally. When we finished, he said, "Ok, now we're ready to send it off to review." I expected to be told how many days it would take for a reply form the team of laywers. Instead, <3 seconds later, he read off a scripted, generic response that amounted to "not interested." I said, "So was that an AI bot? Because no human being could review that info in that amount of time." He said something about key characteristics that are looked for, blah blah blah. I said, "so you're trying to tell me that there was a real human being on the other side of that who was able to identify those real characteristics? Or was it an AI bot?" He said (regretfully, it seemed to me) that he wasn't allowed to inform me of any of the inner workings of this law firm. People, if a company this big can't even employ a human to LOOK at your case, they are not going to have your back if they take it on.

Hired Morgan and Morgan to file for my disability. You can never get anyone to call you back and after 11 months of waiting to actually talk to my attorney Ava, she finally calls me back and tells me that all the paperwork was not submitted and the claim was closed, but then tells me that it was my fault and if I wanted to I could go through the process of hiring them again. No thanks. Company in my opinion is a joke and they don’t care about the little people, they just want the clients to do all the work ( like I did ) and looking for the quick buck. As my parents use to say, they are ambulance chasers, just trying to make a profit off someone else’s misfortune. Would never recommend them for anything.

Morgan & Morgan advertise high hopes, success, fairness, and a willing to make their customers happy. It’s all a lie they scam you to get the most money they can out of your case and give you very little. no communication no feedback. You can’t talk to the LAWYERS and they make more money than you on each case when you wind up settling the with them. Don’t use This Firm you’re going to be very unhappy and their advertisement is a lie. Please BEWARE their devils.

I was in an auto collision accident two months ago with a delivery van My car was damaged I was injured I reached out to Morgan and Morgan because of their numerous claims they are for the people, their recordings they play everytime you call them paint them as heros who care for the people who reach out to them and are supposed to be there for the small people All of this is a scam Its all pretend its all a lie to lure you in Everything was great when I first reached out everyone was sympathetic and calling me 5 times a day just to get me to sign with them. After that, things quickly went downhill They supposedly worked on my case for 2 months and were not able to get anywhere They changed my team of lawyers 3 times with zero communication I would be working with one person and out of no where they will stop responding and disappear for a week I will keep sending emails and messages to find out that ny team changed. No communication no information Every person I got was worse from before They changed the team so many times that they themselves forgot the core details of my case and no one ever reached out to confirm The last case manager and lawyer I had Jacqueline and Rosa If you ever get them?m Run in the opposite direction and dont look back Jacqueline is rude and dismissive She doesnt care about you or your feelings She barely gets on the phone and when she does her tone shows she just wants to be done and get off the phone After 2 months I finally find out they are under the impression I came up from behind the delivery van when in fact the van was in my lane obstructing it and in the wrong direction The police report documenta the same thing When I told her she flat out refused and said No thats not the case and we dont go off the police report Then what do you go off of??? The other adjustor? Of course they will lie and omit details to save themselves I literally had to beg her to believe me ane she was so rude and dismissive They are supposed to be on my side and they couldn’t care leas She never had any proper information or updates for me Rosa the attorney never once reached out to me To this day I have no clue what they tried to do to help win my case or if they ever even did anything other than stringing me along Last week I scheduled time with Rosa to speak to her I sent her an email with all the details and asked her to please look into this again and I needed their help she never responded and never called me I called Jacqueline again today and surprise surprise the number is disconnected once more I juat got a notification on the app saying they are no longer working on my case and to look for another attorney Thats it No phone call no details nothing No one to tell me where to go from here No one to explain anything to me They dropped me because they have incorrect information they didnt bother to look into it more and because they think there isnt enough money in this they dropped the case. So Morgan and Morgan is a scam, they lie and they are not for the people. They are in it if they think they can make big money. Other than that they will ignore you and drop you

I was hit in a major car accident with my disabled son in the back of the car. They talked a good talk. Before I hired them. I have specifically told them. I need to take care of my son first. I need them to do all the leg work and once in awhile text me with the progress. Once you signed with them. Nothing! I texted several times to the case manager about the progress. He kept saying that they are working on it but they need me to give them more information on medical. I told them the hospital and the medical group information. Isn’t it their job to investigate and get the reports. I even signed a release form for them to get our files. Then the case manager claimed they were still waiting for the police report. They claimed they send the request TWICE. This was over a month. I myself went in the police station and got the report within weeks. I finally had to fired them. I’m still dealing with the aftermath. My car was totaled. The other party insurance admitted that their driver is at fault. My son has medical issues and I never know when I have to take him to ER. So instead of resting and going to medical appointments. I had to scramble to get a car. Now I have to find another lawyer to take my case. I absolutely cannot recommend this law firm. NO STAR In order to put in a review I have to put one star on.

Called Morgan and Morgan regarding a truck and semi truck collision I was involved in. I was referred out to a law firm in Iowa right away. I wasn’t even able to talk to an attorney there for over 30 days. So I had to drop them Then they referred me to another law firm who only wanted to take the bodily injury but not the property damage. This is not a law firm for the people. It’s just an attorney referral firm with a big name. Find another law firm. I would never recommend them to anyone.
