I was assigned to a caseworker who was very inexperienced and did not advise me of what to expect and I am so disappointed with the lack professional assistance I don't even know where they are located and why they use the slogans they use "for the people" and all of the others because I don't have any reason to think so

Was in a car accident. Someone ran a stop sign. Told Morgan and Morgan I was just a little injured would they still take my case. They had me going back and forth for a whole month going to appointments. After over a month they call me to tell me they are not taking me as a case. What a waste of time and such horrible customer service and communication. Juanita was the worst case manager of all time and Kimberly who was supposed to be my lawyer was terrible. Terrible company.

I think they only take cases they know will win. don’t want to fight much.

Maybe Morgan & Morgan need to be investigated?

Well as a customer felt law firm Morgan Morgan whoever oversees all of their employees,& lawyers ,& call takers refuse to assist me so whomever I knew said Morgan Morgan law firm agency doesn’t say why they’re not able to assit good services if they refuse service for whomever also that is disabled or whatever person either they need to act like not pretending if they like whomever has whatever issues to prevent of employment issues or whatever maybe so when said if whomever suggested I go to their law firm why whatever times before act hurtful cruel to anyone whomever they prefer to assit so are they bias to refuse service because if myself am disabled customer to them all employees of law firm Morgan Morgan how to avoid hatred to say what they could’ve done better when helping whomever all kinds out seems they’re careless feel offended by them all Morgan Morgan poor service want where they’re not careless to anyone else all kinds all over America states even my FL state wide . 😭. Am European disabled needed good services from other times of Morgan ,& Morgan law firm employees. Do know whomever also said Morgan Morgan law firm employee,& call takers seems not for anyone else all kinds all with or without handicaps how they could’ve helped me not said whatever else to do my employment issues to regain it back with whatever company maybe outside of FL areas based at Tennessee. Jesse Shore wouldn't look past the police report that only consisted of the other parties side of the incident as I was EMS'd to the hospital. They just want easy $ and don't really care to do any work.

I contacted Morgan and Morgan back in March 20th after I tripped and fell over a raised public sidewalk edge, thereby fracturing my left tibula ankle bone, also causing some sort of trauma to my foot which still has me using a cane owing to severe pain if I move my foot at an angle, etc. JOHN MORGAN'S recorded and very long and repeated spell about how unfairly his brother was treated by an attorney, and his boast of championing those whose cases don't win very much is two thirds untrue, amounting to being misinformation and a false hope building, time scamming lie since after telling me they would take the case, they then dropped it with no explanation. I sent John Morgan a personal and confidential letter appealing for his attention and called to find out if he received it and was told that John Morgan is not even involved with case consultations, i.e., he does not really care about anybody but his investments and other businesses and making money. He is on record as donating to a Catholic charity so must be Catholic himself (as am I) but being of the boomer generation he was never told by our clergy to study the Bible daily and live by it, so he does not know God's will sufficiently, so he loves money and making a splash in others eyes instead of loving people and meeting their needs. As a writer of Catholic cultural, Bible based books I have no money to market them nor make film creation versions of my novels, our clergy having ignored the actual NEW MEFIA of radio, movies, and television early on in the 20th cdntury and monopolized would-be Catholic media/artworker patronage funding with their decades-long Catholic Communications Campaign yearly collection, and for which they have nothing significant to stream to help people like John Morgan to be charitable and to help people suffering from injustices caused by people making wrong, immoral choices as a result of there being no Vision of God's Word evident nor allowed by the freemason/communist-run American Educational System and the American Hollywood entertainment industry never countered by the never existent Catholic Media Arts industry, for lack of which Vision and influence the people are perishing. Proverb 29:18. And so most of us sit back and wonder how America became so corrupt... and many complain but have no solution except me, but no $ to implement what I have to offer. John needs to know these things and maybe he will be ready to redeem himself if he reads this.

Horrible! Should be banned from practicing law in the United States. If you have a case that will require any kind of work or that may be complicated in any way, Don't WAIST YOUR TIME!!!! After calling this place with a clean cut medical malpractice law suit, we were basically told that medical malpractice lawsuits are difficult and complicated and they wouldn't be interested in our case. They are spending all this money advertising and having fake reviews on there website showing 5-stars when every real review website shows less than 2 stars, that they as re misleading people and having them call in thinking they are calling the best attorneys out there and they will get the best service when in fact, they are cherry picking the easy cases and passing on the others. Making people think they may not have a lawsuit when in fact they do. Call a real local attorney that is willing to sit down with you and listen to what you have to say.
