I placed a large order with Mopio and I’m beyond thrilled with the pieces. I had an issue with a broken part during assembly. Vimala was wonderful in assisting me with shipping a replacement. I highly recommend their customer service department!

Great product for the price. Assembly was more involved than I expected.

Hi Jennifer, thanks so much for the review! Really glad the value came through for you. Assembly can take a bit more time than expected on some of our pieces, so that's fair feedback. If you ever want tips or run into snags on future builds, just reach out, we're always happy to help.

Shipping was right on track. Unfortunately we needed a replacement of one of the bed frame parts and Kartiga was such a great help! Quick to respond and easy instructions. Not to mention that we love the look of the frame very elegant! Will come back for more

Delivery experience was great. It came quick and right on time. We love the Retrovie bed. It exceeded expectations. It is quiet, looks great, is sturdy. We also got the retrovie dresser and end tables as well as under the bed drawers which we love. Everything looks great. The assembly process requires two people but was straightforward and took about 8 hours for all the pieces which we did in one day (8 pieces total). I would and have recommended this furniture to a friend.
