I purchased a second-hand Mopio Chloe Futon Sofa and unfortunately one of the middle legs was broken. I contacted Mopio to ask whether I could purchase a replacement, and I was very impressed with how responsive and helpful they were. Patricia from their Customer Experience team assisted me throughout the process and arranged to send me a pair of replacement middle legs completely free of charge, even though I had purchased the sofa second-hand. I really appreciated how easy and pleasant the whole experience was. I’ve also been very happy with the sofa itself so far. It feels sturdy, well made, and high quality. Based on both the product quality and the excellent customer service I received from Patricia and Mopio, I would definitely recommend them and will certainly consider Mopio products in the future when I’m looking to buy more furniture.

We ordered the Retrovie 59" Dining Table with bench and 2 chairs. Our first order arrived quickly, however, the table was damaged. I reached out to Mopio immediately and Vee assisted us with getting a replacement shipped out which arrived really fast. Overall a good experience and the second table arrived with no issues.

This is very disappointing. I ordered the JelliCouch L-Shaped Sofa, Corner Closed in the Copper color, and they sent me an entirely different color. The couch comes in four extremely heavy boxes, and instead of asking me to return just the covers, which would make the most sense, they want me, at 9 months pregnant, to ship the entire sofa back due to their mistake. On top of that, they don’t even know if they can get the Copper color, yet they continue to advertise it on their website. This company lacks professionalism.

Good quality pieces, timely but simple instructions. Missing a piece and it was replaced almost immediately. Customer service was easily accessible and very helpful.

The furniture is beautiful and high quality and the customer support is even better! I ordered two shelving units and unfortunately had a missing handle but the support team of Elly and Lardy were fantastic and got a replacement sent over to me asap. The actual furniture had no issues at all and was easy to assemble.

I ordered a cabinet from Mopio. My bad for thinking I would get a quality item at such a low price. Assembling it took 5 hours. Not fun. Many of the pieces weren’t squared and the door was virtually impossible to hang square. The door mechanism came in pieces with no instruction on how to assemble it and it actually fell off after I assembled it. some of the other pieces weren’t labeled at all. Admittedly im not a professional furniture assembler but I shouldn’t have to be to put together a piece of furniture that I buy online. The material is so cheap looking and flimsy, with just the slightest ding causing scratches and cracks in whatever the surface is (it’s not a veneer as far as I can tell but something fake and cheap). Of course, I can’t return it because it’s out of the original packaging and damaged despite my attempt to be very careful assembling it. What a total waste of money. I will replace it as soon as I find something better.
