What went wrong? Everything. I order one simple item and received a totally different one. Not even in the same ballpark. I ordered a radiator hose. They sent me a literal hex nut in a baggie, that was it. The baggie had two different labels on it, one for the hex nut and someone stuck the label on it for the radiator hose. QC failed big time. If you can't tell the difference between a radiator hose and hex nut then you need a new job. Then I submitted the request for a replacement and was told it would take 2 days for the RMA. And then 5 days later I reached back out because I had not received anything. The chat person I spoke with was able to get me the RMA in about 10 minutes. And the person in the RMA office sent me an RMA for a return part stating I "No longer needed" the part. Never did I say I wanted to return the part. I did not get the part I ordered and I wanted to send this part back and get what I bought. But now here we are back at another two days waiting for the RMA team to unscrew their mistake and send me an RMA for the return of the hex nut and send me the correct part. This is completely unacceptable customer service. I cannot recommend this business to anyone. No one has even attempted to make this right.

I received what was ordered in a quick manner, but the parts were not the ones I needed for my 2006 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, it looks like they changed the vent to a Ram truck vent.
