Absolute Joke of a Company – Unbelievable Excuses to Deny a Return Order #: C00546464 I ordered door handles for my RAM truck and received one correct part and one completely wrong part. Before ordering, I even messaged customer support multiple times asking for help to ensure I got the correct part numbers, but they never responded. It has now been a full month of trying to return the incorrect item and get the right one sent out even after offering to pay for the return shipping myself. Their customer service is virtually impossible to reach, and when they do respond, it's just endless excuses: Packaging Excuse: The incorrect part arrived wrapped in bubble wrap inside a standard USPS box. When I requested a return, they claimed it wasn't in its "original box" even though that is literally how they shipped it to me. Electrical Part Excuse: They then claimed it can't be returned because it's an "electrical part." It is a mechanical door handle. To make it worse, the shipping label shows the part was drop-shipped from a local dealership near me, not directly from MoparPartsGiant. When I called that dealership, they refused to help and said I had to deal with MoparPartsGiant. They ignore you before you buy, ship the wrong parts in non-standard packaging, and then invent fake policies to keep your money. Terrible customer service and zero communication. I will never use them again.
