Took 12 days to order the part from their warehouse when they finally did they shipped it the slowest possible way total time for small parts order Arnold 27 days to delivery it only happened because I called three times to find out where the parts were the third time. They finally called over to the warehouse and ordered it so price is great. Shipping is horrible. Time is even worse. Beware it was worth a few dollars to wait three weeks great if it isn’t don’t order from them.

Ordered new compressor, condenser, compressor clutch, and a few orings for my truck. Parts arrived all in the packing box for the condenser, with the compressor not in the OEM or ANY type of box! It was just thrown in on top of the condenser. The compressor rolled around during shipping severely damaging the condenser, and causing potential hidden damage to everything else in the package. Contacted vendor immediately for a damage RMA. It too several dozen emails back and forth, multiple requests for photos before finally approving a return for ONLY the condenser. I spent over 2 months trying to get the rest returned, but was delayed and blocked along the way and they ultimately said I needed to submit the RMA for the parts within 30 days (I had submitted it the DAY the parts arrived!). The process stretched out so long that I am now unable to even dispute the charges on my credit card. I will NEVER buy from this place again and recommend that NOONE ever does either! Customer service is non-existent, especially if you have an issue.

I had my P/N and went to the website. They had my part and I put it in my cart and paid for it. Even got a discount, 20% off. I did some window shopping for future purchases and the website was easy to navigate. Shipping was quick and without problems. Item was genuine MOPAR and fit great.

Way too expensive. I can buy the same filter online for half the price, you won’t see me again.

Found a real MOPAR replacement part for my car, ordered and had it delivered. Dealer installed the part and it work great. Certainly saved me $$ over what the dealer would have charged for the part.. For any future parts needs I'll go to Mopar Giants
