They have parts and are way cheaper than other sites but holy crap is their shipping estimates wrong. You get a shipping estimate of 3-4 days and then it takes 2 weeks to get to you. It might be worth just paying the extra to get your supplies

I’m happy you still have some parts for the 97-01 Cherokee. However, your shipping rates are absolutely ridiculous!!! You charge 5-6 times what it would normally cost to ship a very small part. I’m sure you couldn’t care less because you have parts that no one else has.

Ordered from them thinking I could get the part quickly being a Mopar parts specialty. Took a month to get it to me. They ordered through a dealer. I'll go elsewhere!

Less than stellar ! I’ll tell you why ! The part is listed as available on MPG and you go through the ordering process and the shipping process and determine when you can expect to receive your order; and so you make all the arrangements and considerations to accommodate the delivery of your order only to receive an email several hours later that this part is not available and has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Mind you- i gave them my phone number, my address, and my email but they decided that informing me was not urgent so they sent an automated email ! Next time at least include a text message or a voicemail,

The service claims to be faster than dealerships, which they are not. They give you false delivery dates without any communication as to when your part will actually arrive. You might as well just order from a dealer or get the parts rebuilt

When ordering the package quantity said two so I ordered two but only received two bolts instead of four like it should have been if you went by the packs quantity

Hi Rachael, Thank you for your review. We have looked into your order, and the "two" mentioned is displayed as required quantity instead of package quantity on the product page. This means the minimum quantity required for an order to be placed is two. requirements are set by the manufacturer and apply to how certain OEM parts are packaged and sold, so we're unfortunately unable to break them up for individual sale. We apologize for the confusion and hope this clarification helps.

Order CC71525805 on 4/9/2026, PayPal charged @ 21:39, and order verified @ 21:40 CDT. After placing the order I discovered that the specific 2014 Chrysler 300S target vehicle would require removal of the entire center console and gear shift to replace the subject part - a cup holder cover - so decided to cancel the order. A cancellation notice was sent via the moparpartsgiant's web page "Contact Us > Order Status/Issues" link which was verified on 4/9/2026 @ 22:25 - 1 hour 25 minutes after the order was placed. Even though Mopar Parts Giant location is shown as Tucson, AZ and therefore on MST, the verification contained the notice: "If you are contacting us about a cancellation request, please call us between our normal business hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PST (sic) Monday thru Friday." (Or 09:00 - 14:00 CDT/local. CA is not on PST in April.) I subsequently received a notice of shipment on 4/10/2026 @ 08:55 CDT from Georgia (09:55 EDT time/06:55 PDT). You'll notice that it was impossible to call and verbally cancel the order before that time since it couldn't be done until 09:00 local but the part had already been shown as shipped at 08:55. Although the part is in new condition, was reasonably priced, and the shipping itself was quick, I seriously hesitate to order from MoparPartsGiant again due to the questionable contact methods. Please reference the Amazon approach to fully-online transaction procedures. Utilizing US-wide warehouse fulfillment locations does speed order delivery, but there should be a strategy to accommodate the customer's earnest efforts and centralize their overall transaction control. Long but hopefully relevant.
