Took my money for a part that was ready to ship then didn't ship it until over a week later. I needed the part when they told me I would receive it, not two weeks after the expected delivery date. When I brought it up they basically told me to screw myself and said I'd get it when I get. No offer to make it right, no offer to expedite shipping for their huge muck up. I won't ever buy parts from them again.

I consulted their Technicians to make sure that I was ordering the Gas tank. I gave them my vin number along with any other information they requested. I called them a second time just to verify that it was the correct part number, again giving them the VIN number with other information requested. After placing the order, they sent an email and said it would cost another $189 to ship (that is in addition to the $89 I already gave them). The next day they sent me and email saying that this was a non-returnable part and the part had not yet been ordered. As I trusted what their technicans said, I agree. A couple of hours later, I decided I couldn't accept it that way and I called to cancel the order. They said they could not cancel it. I received and email 13 days later saying that they just ordered by part. I was suppose to receive the part on Aug 2, it didn't arrive until Aug 22. IT WAS THE WRONG PART! Contacted them and they refused to take it back saying it is a non-returnable items, but I have a warranty on it. I disagreed with them, but they would not budge. I now have it in PayPals hand to handle it. Hopefully paypal will be able to side in my favor. This is a $900 loss and I don't feel I'm responsible.
