Received damaged parts for my trackhawk and didn’t realize until I was at the paint shop unwrapping it since most people would want to keep it protected until it’s needed. Basically they say sorry you should have been psychic and known our 5 day return policy. I’m sorry I assumed i would receive quality mopar parts and trust it would come how advertised silly me. No store credit or anything offered. Ridiculous. Now I need the same parts again and I will not be reordering through them. And I will be highly not recommending to any of my mopar car group

Ordered two identical parts- One is completely different! However, it can't be returned or refunded because it is less than their $ amount in their return policy. How can a company send whatever they wish and claim no responsibility for it? Clearly they only allow positive reviews on their website.
