Do not order parts from this company. They take your order, then send you a form that says your part is a special order, then if you sign it they charge your card instantly even though they state on their website that your card will not be charged until the order ships. At this point they got you. My delivery date came and went and then when i Inquired they simply moved my delivery date 3 weeks later. So then I tried to cancel the order and they said i couldn't because i acknowledged it was a special order. So I guess they assume that they now have forever to deliver my item but they have my 3000.00. I believe they are not a parts place at all but they are a drop shipper. All they want is your money and then their customer service is zero. They would not give me the dealership name they are dealing with so I could call them directly. Spoke with 3 different people that all claimed to be Managers and they all basically told me to get lost. The last Manager I spoke with who was supposed to be a higher level Manager and he basically hung up on me. Updated 12/9/24 - So after I disputed the charges they said I could send the item back after i received it but that still hadn't even shipped it yet which seemed odd. So a few weeks later the delivery was attempted and we refused the delivery. The item was shipped back and then after disputing again they offered to refund my money minus a 20% restocking fee which was $507.00 plus I lost $175. for the shipping. I cut my losses and just took the partial refund. Needless to say I believe they put me thru all this hassle to make $507.00!
