Was easy to find the engine air hose for my car, verify that it is compatible with my exact trim, and the part arrived quickly and in perfect condition with the tag from the dealership showing that it was a genuine Mopar part. I will 100% use this site in the future if I need parts for my Jeep!

Less than stellar ! I’ll tell you why ! The part is listed as available on MPG and you go through the ordering process and the shipping process and determine when you can expect to receive your order; and so you make all the arrangements and considerations to accommodate the delivery of your order only to receive an email several hours later that this part is not available and has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Mind you- i gave them my phone number, my address, and my email but they decided that informing me was not urgent so they sent an automated email ! Next time at least include a text message or a voicemail,

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience. Parts availability is subject to final confirmation during order processing, and discontinued status may only be confirmed after the order is submitted. Order updates are sent by email to ensure customers receive written notification of any changes. We appreciate your suggestions. Your feedback is essential for improving our services.

Found what I thought would be an out of stock obsolete part (old truck), fast delivery.

I was able to easily buy an OEM water pump for my son's 2006 Chrysler Sebring 2.7L V6 when my local Chrysler dealership told me that they no longer support Chryslers that are over 15 years old.
