My daughter recently brought a Magic Mixie with her birthday money. We followed the instructions but the final step did not work - the eyes went glittery but did not change colour. I emailed the company - not really expecting much to come from it - but they were really quick to reply and super helpful. They offered to send out a replacement which came today and now I have a very happy daughter who has added another mixie to her collection! Keep up the excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service via email. We have about 20 Akedo warriors. My kids love them. One time, one of ours broke just 24 hours after we opened the package. I emailed the company and they responded promptly and were very kind and courteous. They said it was unusual but they did have spare inventory to ship me another one - awesome service!

I refused to spend money with Moose Toys, products never work (Magic Mixie, etc.) our Daughter got another magic pixie this year, surprise surprise, didn’t work again. Dont waste your money on their products

I can't praise the moose toys customer service enough. The lady that helped me went above and beyond to help me. Their service exceeded my expectations and now I will have a very very happy grandson at Christmas. Thankyou so much for all your efforts in sorting my bottle dilemma out. Kind regards Debbie

Moose Toys were so kind and so understanding, they offered to send a replacement part free of charge and at a reduced shipping rate. Wow, I cannot say enough about how unexpected and amazing that is! Customer service at this level is RARE and I am so thankful and in awe. What happened was, my daughter received the crystal ball Magic Mixie for Christmas and unfortunately the wand went missing which is required to "cast spells" and reveal the mixie properly. I was worried I'd receive the same answer I have gotten in the past from other toy companies where I was either out of luck or had to pay more than you'd expect for the part as well as the crazy shipping prices we have here in Canada. Not so with Moose! They also included some free refills on the fog solution! Thank you so much!
