moosetoys.comReviews of moosetoys.com

Exceeded every customer service expectation! We had a family crisis when one of my little ones flushed the kittens from his sister's brand new Mama Surprise. I thought there was no hope, but Moose Toys had spares and they cost much less than I expected! Responses were friendly, effective, and fast.

Very friendly and responsive customer service

This company are fantastic! My son bought a toy using his pocket money and unfortunately it was missing a part. I emailed them and they responded immediately and went well above and beyond to sort the issue. This is exactly the customer service that is missing from so many places so I will absolutely recommend them 100000%

We had such an amazing experience with Moose Toys! Their customer service was absolutely wonderful and they went above and beyond to make my son’s day. They were so kind, thoughtful, and generous, and we truly appreciate the extra effort they made for us. My son was beyond excited when the package arrived, and seeing his reaction meant so much to me. It’s not every day you come across a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Thank you, Moose Toys, for making my son’s day so special! 💙

My experience so far with Moose Toys is very positive. Their customer services is very responsive. I emailed them about accessories that my kiddo lost and they told me that they can just send me the missing accessories. I had to pay postage but that was no problem considering the toy is no longer in production.

Moose Toys’ customer service was exceptional! They went above and beyond to support me with purchasing a plush toy - I am immensely grateful for how smooth and seamless the entire process was. Excellent communication and fast delivery. Bowled over by how amazing the entire experience was - THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
