Fantastic company excellent communication , puts customer first, polite, responsive When my order arrived it was a different colour to what i expected I sent an email to CS & the issue was resolved all it took was 1 email!!

Great customer service!!
I ordered 2 pink Mooncozy jumping balls for my granddaughters. Unfortunately 1 did not hold air. Most impressively, Mooncozy responded to my email right away and offered a refund or a replacement. We chose the replacement and are eagerly awaiting its arrival. Thank-you for your upstanding service!

I purchased wireless headphones with the translation option. For me, it was a little bit hard to install the apps and connect to my phone, but I am not tech savvy. On that note because Ella, the customer service Rep was excellent. She responded quickly was very helpful and polite. I am more than pleased with this company’s service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
