122 days after ordering. Still nothing, same bullshit about shipping than everyone else. Total scam of course.

I have placed my order on Apr 10, 2025 so it is a long time ago. You haven't able to resolve the problem with logistic since then? Sorry, but it more looks like you have never send it. I don't accept any more excuses about logistic company. Noone else have such issues as you. Just send it.

Its been mutiple months since ive placed my order, the support team keep sending templated replies whenever I ask about it and the tracking company have not been any more helpful. Seems like they just took the money to fund the product but then were never able to deliver on it

I ordered a lamp online, and it never arrived. I've emailed them several times and only reviving vague excuses why. I keep asking for a refund, which they refuse to acknowledge.

I have ordered a product from them in August. Still havent received anything. They cant give me an update and blame the logistic company. Dont ever buy from them.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MOONSIDE DESIGN. Here is what will happen: 1. They will take your money 2. They will not ship the product (even after numerous follow ups after 30 days, then 60 days) 3. They will blame it on the shipping company's backlog (false, many companies ship their products with no issue, and very little delay) 4. They will not agree to refund, they will ask you to "bear with them while they work with the shipping partner". The company will delete (or remove their whole post) from their Instagram profile if you ask any reasonable questions in regard to: 1. Do they actually have any of the lamps in stock. 2. After 30-60 days, ask why they won't simply process a refund for not receiving the item. In summary, Moonside Design exhibits obstructive behaviour, does not wish to attempt to meet consumer law obligations in the countries they ship to, and will falsely advertise that your item will ship. The sad thing is, Instagram allows businesses like this to perpetuate their scam like behaviour by appearing as a legitimate business. Avoid at all costs. Hab bei Paypal mein Geld zurück gefordert nachdem sich 100 Tage nichts am Bestellstatus geändert hat und nur generische Antworten vom Support kamen. Kommentare dahingehen auf Instagram werden auch gelöscht, um ein gutes Bild aufrecht zu erhalten. Vertrauenswürdig ist was anderes.

Similar experience as many other comments here. I did actually receive the product but the 3D lampshade arrived cracked. They agreed to send a replacement but that was back in August and the tracking status never progressed since then. Have asked for a refund via PayPal. It's a lot of trouble to go through for a 3D printed item.
