Deposits on Moomoo can take anywhere from 1–5 business days depending on the method, which is far too slow for an active trading platform. The app often shows deposits as “pending” for long periods with no meaningful updates or transparency about where the funds are in the process. ACH bank transfers are especially slow and need drastic improvement. When you compare this to platforms like Kraken which offers instant transfer from linked accounts or direct debit from linked accounts on available balance. I am astonished that in present technological age with alternative available MooMoo is still struck in stone ages.

A lot of free features to use, very stable server, quick deposit & withdrawal, stable execution. The best trading platform I have been using so far!

Bad app user interface and terrible customer service related to my name change. Asking me to submit the same information multiple times. Unclear directions. It's a mess.

Although I don't use all of the features available on the Moomoo platform & app, I am mostly happy with the ones I use. However, there is one type of conditional order that I used often on another platform that is not available on Moomoo - "Trailing Sell Order" to take advantage of a rising share price & protecting profit on a pull-back. If these trailing type orders were availabe it would be great. Another drawback is the inability to sort Watchlists alphabetically and the inability to arrange the order of favourites and different Screeners. My rating is 3 1/2 stars because of my previous comment, but I gave a 4 star which better reflects my overall satisfaction rather than a 3 star rating.

Easy to use, no need much to learn.

The customer service staff are knowledgeable and polite. Easy access to a real person at Moomoo is most helpful. However, the mobile app, nor the website layout is sufficiently user-friendly, which is the main reason for my 3-star rating.
