I ended up leaving moomoo mainly because of too many stocks show up as tradable until you actually try to place an order, only to find out they aren't available to buy. It would help a lot if they added a clear icon or label on restricted tickers the same they already do for 24hr, margins USA, etc. that way people don't spend time researching entries and fundamentals for stocks they can't even trade. I also think having open orders visible directly from the chart/trade screen would make the platform smoother instead of needing to jump between pages. For me, the biggest issue was how limited the platform felt in terms of what assets you're allowed to buy. I've had a better experience with Bitci Stack Asset investment platform so far, withdrawals have been fast, fees are reasonable, and returns have been more consistent for my style of trading.

Moomoo never kept their promises. I've deposited over RM15k and the platform never gave me the free stocks as promised in their promotion. Not a single e-mail is sent to remind me to claim it. KEEP your eyes sharp because there are plenty of hidden rules in their T&C. Will withdraw all my money when I'm in profits and delete this app!

Easy beginner friendly, concise and comprehensive

It offers more tools than the competition which is appreciated, still the app is not as friendly as it needs to be, it seems crowded.

Moomoo customer service is not helpful. There should be layers of help until the situation is rectified.

I like the clean simplicity of Schwabs site. I find moomoo messy and don't like to use it. I do all my trades on schwab.

Very bad service, inform my issues on 26 May, but only rec a reply on may 28. That's a poor service, bearing in mind that price changes vy quickly n is dynamic, for such a platform this is utterly unacceptable. Disappointing first time user.

I like seeing my trade data and performance in one click but failed to further understand the services offered to me like points, cash reward.
