Great app good rewards

Moomoo's desktop's trading platform is well organized and user friendly. The charting tool is the most user friendly compare to those from other brokerage firms. Besides, provision of Moomoo AI feature and Algo Trading feature is definitely a plus that supersede other platforms. Despite the positive points above, Moomoo platform comes with overall higher commission charges for trading of stocks and option , forex exchange rate compare with IBKR and Charles Schwab. The fund deposited and converted to USD received zero interest in Moomoo platform. Fund in IBKR's platform denominated in USD for example is entitled to interest payment of 3.12%. If the high trading commission is not brought to competitive level, this will not be a platform for heavy trading but more suitable as platform to be used for investment account for minimal trading.

First of all, I appreciate the genuine customer service. Talking to people as opposed to communicating with AI makes a phenomenal difference. And it conveys you care about your customers. Secondly, moomoo is a lot more user friendly than some other brokerages I've experienced. I am still learning the app. Thus, I will still be calling, but my learning journey is a pleasant one. There is one change I would like to see. I can't remember if it's think or swim or Trading view, but one of them, according to a video I've seen, allows customers to click on a chart for a stop loss and take profit and entry. A seamless bracket order by clicking on the chart. Whereas now, we have to manually calculate the bracket order. This was would make the trading journey more transparent in my opinion Otherwise, moomoo is a great experience.i have all of my family opening accounts with you all. Thank again. Marvin Scott jr

I could not get a deposit of money to transfer earlier last month. Therefore I couldn't get an ipo on fervo. I had to use a completely new broker and also had to pay a higher price than the ipo price
