MooielightReviews of mooielight.com

I bought 3 of these rattan lights, so beautifully made! There were some minor broken pieces around the trim of the lights due to the long-distance shipment! The mooielight team did make a small compensation for that, considering that it would be almost impossible to have replacements as I live in Canada! For Canadian buyers, the standard ceiling holes for suspension lights are larger than the panel of these lights attaching to the ceiling. My renovation contractor had to be creative and hand-make a small ring surrounding the panel of the lights to cover the standard ceiling holes made ahead of installing these lights. Looking at these lights above my dining table and in my master bathroom gives me an enriching and delightful feeling! Go for them, I highly recommend the products!

This website and business is a scam. The lights are fake and are copies that are poorly made. We bought a very expensive lamp shade we chose the free delivery option which should take 30 days, after three-and-a-half months and several rounds of correspondence and them assuring us it would arrive and that they would offer us a 20% discount, we tried to cancel the order, they would not accept. we finally managed to get PayPal to get out money back, because it was within the PayPal terms and conditions. Oddly It arrived after about 6-months out of the blue, it is clearly a fake, and we got lucky because we were able to get our money back because they completely messed up on the shipping and PayPal have clout. Thank God. The scam - They are very very good with correspondence and making it appear that they are legitimate and that everything is as it should be, they try to dissuade you from cancelling your order and keep your trust by making it seem like they're actually being very attentive and I respond very quickly. I'm assuming if the goods actually arrive within the agreed time frame trying to do a return would be next to impossible. Save your time save your money save your sanity do not buy anything from this company and for god's sake PayPal stop supporting companies that are clearly scamming customers. ADDED CONTENT - as you can see below from Mooielight, they responded very quickly. And here in lies their scam - to make it appear that they are attentive and actually care. Don't be fooled. they do not care. They have simply sent some strange generic response of which most doesn't even apply to our case. I would bet money on it that all or most of the positive 5 star reviews on trust pilot are fake.

Very nice product and a really good customer service ! I really recommend.

Excellent customer service. Instant email reply on my questions even on weekend and very helpful service. Lamps make beautiful light just as advertised!

I had received my item with a missing piece, and the Mooielight team responded promptly to resolve my issue. The site and delivery was reliable, and the service was great! Happy to order with them!

The lamp is beautiful, good quality and nice look. It arrived very well packaged, there was no damage. My package was delayed for an exceptionally long time in transit because of blockages due Covid-19 but the customer service informed me about the status of my package regularly and I was offered a compensation when the delay exceeded twice the usual shipping time. I would recommend to pay extra for air-based shipping.

I ordered some glass lights. Sadly they arrived damaged. However their customer service was both efficient and honored with what was stated and what happened. Would have no hesitation in ordering more glass lights in the future.
