i found mood health when looking for a psychiatrist on psychology today. i had never heard of it but right away felt like it was for me. the site is easy to use, readable, and services are very affordable if you have MediCal! i was impressed about how fast the sign up process was and was able to have my first appointment the next morning! my psychiatrist has since been so helpful and understanding. she made me feel very comfortable from the start which was surprising to me. haven’t had a bad experience with mood yet. i’ve been a member now for about three months. it’s easy to schedule and reschedule appointments and the reminders they send me have kept me from forgetting or missing an appointment. my only complaint is that i wasn’t able to choose my psych, she was assigned to me. however this isn’t much of a problem for me since i fit well with her :)

I have only just started with Mood Health and so far I am impressed. Customer service is responsive and caring. I have only met once with a therapist but she was professional and caring. I look forward to more sessions and making positive progress in my mental health.

My experience with mood has been…I want to life changing? I could say it’s been good! But when I needed mental health care urgently they provided me with help that same day. The money is worth it. Every penny. I met with Liz and she was affirming, kind, informed and helpful not only in a physicians way but in a therapeutic way. I felt relieved. Mood gave me immediate help and has continued to be helpful as the months go on and my mental health improves. Thanks Mood and thanks for the wonderful care you’ve provided.

I've had a wonderful experience so far with the Mood platform, customer service, and the mental health provider I've been talking to. The customer service rep was quick and helpful.

Mood Health is my first experience in therapy and I have to say it’s been great so far! My therapist is lovely and talks to me like a friend; their customer service when I had a technical issue was fast and friendly. Mood has exceeded my expectations of what I thought therapy would be, and I’m glad I found them.
