I do receive good counseling from Michele. I do, although, wonder if a change in counseling would improve effective improvement with my mental health. Is it possible to have a change of counselors to see if I could do even better?

Having a difficult time scheduling a session with a therapist. More than a few of the therapists that are referred to me have areas of expertise that are of no use to me (teenage issues, sexual orientation, etc).

So far an extremely inpersonal and difficult experience and I haven't even seen a therapist yet. Their technology (which you pay a monthly fee for eventually), doesn't work on an iphone, switched to laptop and their website has graphics covering login button. They need a new web designer. Had to do the intake form 4 times, kept erasing, finally scheduled an appointment and the nurse is a man!! As someone who has PTSD from sexual assualt, no offense to him but a female should have been an option! No option to reschedule with another nurse. Then they ask you to use a 3rd party site for billing. They sent a link and i keep clicking and it says my email isn't recognized. Then I get an email saying if I don't set up billing with my insurance I'll be charged cash price on my credit card (which they take first thing by the way). The whole things has been a nightmare, 3 days of back and forth and no support at all. I cancelled my appointment, just forget it!
