Montana West USAReviews of montanawestusa.com

Made in CHINA BEWARE they lie not made in USA you are buying CHINESE!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered a purse June 22nd and it is now Aug. 12th. I have been given three different ship dates. When I try to track from the email it goes to an app you have to download and that app is not free to use.

The quality of the bags has nosedived over the last few years. The faux leather is stiff.qs a board and it PEELS very quickly. Bought a bag + wallet and both arrived peeling, the wallet is so bad, it looks 10yrs old. Quality is so poor I'd never buy here again. Website is also a mess - almost impossible to navigate or get help.

Great communication and fast shipping!

I placed and order and did not receive it. Montana West has been absolutely fabulous in getting thisbissue resolved. The replacement is on the way. I love Montana West.

I’ve always loved this brand’s unique and stylish designs, which makes it all the more disappointing that the quality did not hold up. After less than a month of gentle use, rhinestones began falling off my bag—and not just one or two, but several. I reached out to customer service and was told that since I didn’t have an order number, there was nothing they could do. Even worse, replacement rhinestones weren’t available either. For the price point, I expected much better durability and support. I want to continue supporting this brand, but only if real care is put into the products and the customers who invest in them.

Super nice products as always & shipping was amazingly fast! Thank you

The purse that I originally wanted was sold out, but she loved the one I purchased and it arrived sooner than expected.
