I made a mistake in ordering my Monport K40 laser. I picked the wrong package that had software I didn't need. I emailed them about the mistake and requested a refund. Monport refunded me quickly and I was able to reorder the correct package. I think this is excellent customer service. Also, my laser arrived set up, aligned and ready to use. I love what I am able to to do with this Monport K40.

I called the company before making my purchase and they offered me an 8% discount code to encourage me to purchase my engraver. I’m enjoying my engraver because the x axis belt and y axis belts are tensioned just right. I get the engraver to cut a perfectly round circle. I’m still trying to adjust the belts on my first engraver.

Shipping was quick, laser arrived well packaged. Pretty straight forward to setup and get started. Going from a hobby type diode laser to this CO2 beast had a learning curve that I haven’t quite mastered yet, but it was well worth the money. Monport’s website was easy to use and they have been very responsive when I have had questions.

Every time i have had a issue with my laser (only a couple mainly due to long transportation) Monport have stepped up to the mark and remedied it straight away. If they didnt have the item i was chasing in stock they provided me with an alternative site to purchase. Every email answered within 24 hours. All matters solved to my complete satisfaction.

I learned that buying from Monport takes out all the hassle and worries away compared to buying from Alibaba.com or Aliexpress.com . Sure you can save a few bucks, BUT, at what cost? From day one Monport watches your order and experiences through delivery. I received emails asking "has your order arrived" with the name of the person inside Monport that I could contact. My machine arrived within 24 hours of its projected delivery time! This is where support should begin and Monport knows this. Unit arrived perfectly. Online Video shows you how to unpack and check/inspect. This week I bought a chiller from Monport.

Purchased monoport K40 light burn ready., with chiller 3000. Shipping was less than a week. Upon unpacking and setting up was easily accomplished. Mirrors were not out of alignment and I was able to start engraving cutting immediately after correcting an issue with the USB. Just had to change it out and it immediately connect to light burn

Great customer service had some issues with the shipper n they made everything good even tho they didn't have too
