I needed help buying a new focus lens for our Commercial CO2 Laser Engraver, so I emailed them, and they responded promptly and helped. Monport customer service is great. They told me to send a photo of the machine info on the back of the laser and then responded with the exact lens I needed. Then they offered me a free gift just for responding! Thank you, Monport, for everything!

They delivered when they said they would and the fume extractor is solidly built and does the job. The fan is quite powerful, even eith the layers of internal filtering. I am very happy with my purchase.

I had an issue with my Monport fiber laser and their customer support really came through for me. They stayed in communication, helped me troubleshoot the problem, and provided the information I needed to get everything handled. I really appreciate the time and effort they put into helping me out. Overall, I’ve had a very good experience with Monport’s support team.

I like that they respond in record time. You send an email at night, and by morning, you already have the answer and the solution. The machine works very well; it is fast and quiet. 100% recommended. I’ll be buying another unit from this brand soon.
