I'm Loving my Monport co2 laser more and more everyday. I've been running lasers for over a decade daily as a full-time business and I am happy to have added Monport to my collection of tools. The support team is very responsive. One of the key elements when working with lasers is keeping it dialed in and mirrors and lens clean which has been a headache in the passed with other lasers but Monport's adjustments and access doors has made it exceptionally easy. So for every question I've had has been addressed by the support team quickly. I have no regrets whatsoever on my Monport purchase.

I purchased Monport GPro 100W Split MOPA Fiber Laser in early May 2025 where on their web site delivery time was stated 3-5 business days. I have cleared space and was very exited with my plans about the Laser. After a week time I contacted asking where is the item ? They responded that no stock available in UK and they sending item from abroad which will take 1.5 months. I agreed to wait. After 2 months when I asked where is the item they told this in the post and they will sent withing a week. After 2 more weeks when I question again they told machine arrived but was lost in their warehouse. Totally waste of time 3month. I asked refund and now they informed my money will sent in my bank account in 10 days !! Surely I will open dispute with my bank no trust left anymore for this company. I presume they just advertising product they dont have and using your money for the other purpose. Do not buy from this company, buy from elsewhere similar product instead ! Specially those who in UK. And Monoport UK dont you dear respond to this review with automated message " We are sincerely apologize .......! as you are not.

As usual, Monport Folks jumped on my need for a replacement part to keep my 130W unit running in their usual fashion.... My Monport 130W unit has been more than expected. Well made and the parts used are quality....

The support staff were very thorough and detailed. They made a video of the solution to the problem that I was dealing with that was comprehensive. I highly recommend the support

Die versprochenen Lieferzeiten werden nicht eingehalten. Der angebliche Service Reply innerhalb von 24 Stunden findet so nicht statt. Die Anworten werden offenbar durch KI übersetzt so dass man als Mensch mit deutscher Muttersprache den Sinn oft nicht eindeutig erkennen kann! Man kann niemanden telefonisch kontaktieren!

My experience with monport has always been great. When ever I have a question about the laser, or a software settings problem, they have always responded in a timely manner. The reason I only give four stars is because like I was always told during my working career reviews is that there is always room for improvement.

Monport has great customer service and has answered every question I have had promptly. I needed help connecting my laser and I sent them a video of what it was doing. They quickly identified the problem as to why I was not connecting to my software and sent me a new motherboard for my machine. Thank u so much for all your help. And great service.

I really appreciate Monport for their customer service and products. They had gotten back to me extremely quickly with any question or concern that I may have had throughout the way. I will continue my journey as a monport member, as I fully trust in their machines and after sales team.
