Fast, knowledgeable, and courteous staff. All questions answered in a plain and patient manner. Equipment appears to be in very good condition. I believe for an initial installation and training, in and out in under two hours was ideal.

I’ve had nothing but a horrible experience. I’ve only had the device in my car for 1 week & I've been in twice already because of improper wiring. I was told the guy who originally installed it did a “half-a**” job. When told I was going to get a free month, I’d have to wait for higher ups to call me to verify that.

The guy (I refuse to say gentleman) that gave me the rundown and I assume owned the place was very rude. He had a very nasty attitude and zero interest in being fair to the customer. Also, they are very unfair. The device is supposed to detect alcohol but will be set off by ANYTHING ( the owners words) and you will have to pay for it no matter what. Other companies will give you a chance to explain and waive the fee if you qualify. His business is a scam and when he gets told that he shifts blame to the state. Go to another company. They are cheaper and have a better customer service experience. This guy is a crook!

Please note that the ignition interlock device will register any trace of alcohol from any source containing it - this is how the device effectively ensures an impaired individual is not able to start a vehicle, and how we are able to confidently state the ignition interlock is fulfilling it's purpose. We advise in our training manuals, training videos, and in person when our clients install the device - to be mindful of testing right after eating, drinking, using mouthwash, etc., as doing this can potentially register a fail and will require the device to be reset.
