Terrible experience!!! Scheduled an appointment for installation over the phone, took the day off work, drove an hour and a half, sat in the Monitech service location for 2 hours just to have the tech tell me he couldn’t locate a specific wire and therefore couldn’t install the device. When I scheduled the appointment I had to provide the make/model of my vehicle. I called Monitech customer service and was hung up on, not called back and every time I called back Alex put me on hold and never returned. Terrible customer service. Update, I found out that the technician messed up the wiring in my car!! STAY AWAY, go tto Smart Start
