I showed up for my appointment
I showed up for my appointment, only to find that I didn't have one. I couldn't make up a time like 1:20. Turns out that isn't even a time the technician offers. Maybe the person who "scheduled" my time needs one of the devices that was installed in my vehicle? Apparently it wasn't the first time customers have shown up after being given a time by the call center only to find the technician had no record. He was great and got me in touch with the right people to get things taken care of that day. He was very professional and courteous.

It wasn’t installed properly it’s…
It wasn’t installed properly it’s supposed to have a place to hang up we’re it’s visible the technician didn’t instal it and it just rolls around on the floor I missed a random test and was charged $40 which is ridiculous

Workers are ok but company is…
Workers are ok but company is completely unresponsive to equipment problems and anxious to charge you with redicules unit settings!!

Unfortunately, our devices' settings are dictated by state regulations, so the fail readings on our devices are outside our control. Please note that the ignition interlock device will register any trace of alcohol from any source containing it - this is how the device effectively ensures an impaired individual is not able to start a vehicle, and how we are able to confidently state the Monitech ignition interlock is fulfilling its purpose. We advise in our training manuals and training videos when our clients install the device - to be mindful of testing right after eating, drinking, using mouthwash, etc., as doing this can potentially register a fail and will require the device to be reset.
