Unbelievable how you'll r still in business stupid codes that require 45 or a personal visit or you just get locked out I get a code I call in and get an extremely rude associate all she can say is 45 dollars if there was a violation that justified the 45 then why didn't the vehicle turn off if it was some kinda ridiculous violation rudest ppl over the phone I've ever dealt with

I've had issues with the current device mount in the air vent not staying in place. I placed the device in the passenger seat and it went flying into the floorboard while braking and turning earlier today. It immediately sounded the alarm and stated "program violation" due to "abuse". I called to make sure I wasn't in trouble and was assured that enough force causes that message and not to worry because it showed no error message. Was unsettling when it happened so I called Monitech. Ellie Cepero eased my mind by assisting me and letting me know not to worry that it's not a violation. She was very polite and easy to talk to. Thanks again Ellie.
