Good customer service…
I contacted Mondawe for a defect in the shower I had purchased online. Their customer service was courteous and prompt and they sent me a replacement immediately. I was able to complete my bathroom remodeling without delay and i was extremely pleased.

Table was missing parts
Table was missing parts. It took some time to get them mailed and I had to follow up once. After that the experience was good.

Digital Shower system
Purchashed the digital Shower System and it is great. Love tge temperature control, good product. Great customer service. When anything is needed calling representives are very resectful and courteous. Highly recommend.

Our furniture was delivered to wrong location
Our furniture was mistakenly delivered to our home address instead of the original address given. Mona was able to arrange to have it picked up and delivered to the correct location. During this process, the delivery company lost part of the package. It was found and continued on to be delivered to the correct house. I cannot say enough good things about how attentive and responsive Mona was in helping get this delivered to the correct location.

The customer service department was responsive, honest and helpful
The customer service department was amazing! They helped track down a part that was missing in my order and resolved a size discrepancy with the valve covers that were mismatched. Not only was the customer service wonderful…I have to say the body sprayers and rain head sure make for a luxurious showering experience!

New mixer Valve - Thank you Mona.
I installed 2 sets of thermostatic showers in my master bathroom remodel. After about 1 year one of the units was only running cold water and not hot. After connecting with Customer support the nice lady there - Mona was very helpful. We provided some video of our units and after a little back and forth and trouble shooting with videos they sent to us - we received a new mixer valve. She provided a video to show us how to install it and we were able to follow and do it ourselves. (MAKE SURE YOU TURN THE WATER OFF TO THE HOUSE FIRST!) They didn't tell us to do this but luckily we knew. I cannot say enough about how great Mona was through the whole experience, staying on it, making sure to check in and follow up. Nice Job Mona!

The Team at Mondawe is Awesome!
The Team at Mondawe was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! The replacement products were shipped on time and everything that I ordered was received!
