We ordered through Rona August 13. 2 of 3 boxes arrived the 16th, the 3rd August 31! And this only happened after many calls and emails to Rona and Purolator. Box was sent to BC from Etobicoke ON and we live in Pickering ON! Very frustrating as we missed having it erected for the party we wanted it for. We can’t rate the product yet as we have not set it up due to weather. We spent money on the product to receive very little assistance and a lot of follow ups to receive the full delivery.

Mondawe Gray Gable Resin Storage Shed bought at Lowe’s. The product description absolutely false. Definitely not worth the money I spent on this product. Not an easy install. The walls of shed are paper thin, wobbly, and the supposed support for walls and base are cheap plastic. The floor is a piece of plastic you lay down. Thank goodness we built a solid base. I will be surprised if this shed lasts 6 months. I was so upset and disappointed after unpacking all the pieces of how cheaply made. I have bought a resin shed from another company for another house 6 years ago for half the price and it had thick walls and a nice resin floor (was not available to buy) and I thought this product would even be better based on description and the price. It was not cheap! I want to take the product back but too much work went into unpacking and putting together. The shed is absolutely disappointing, terrible, and Very unsturdy. I hope your other products sold are manufactured a lot better than this product. No one should buy this product!! Total install time 6 hours by two construction professionals. I am almost in tears writing this review.

I ordered a Mondawe gazebo from Lowes, the entire experience has been a disaster. The quality of the product is upsetting, we received many damaged pieces, the care in shipping is disgraceful, the FedEx man had to repair the boxes himself due to them leaving the factory partially unsealed and pieces falling out into the Fed Ex truck. And then there is the customer service, worst representatives I have ever dealt with, they promise to have n answer in 24 hours, in 24 hours they again tell you 24 hours, this went on for four days in a row. I am so sorry I purchased Mondawe product, after almost our weeks of aggravation and still damaged pieces I am left very angry and upset and Mondawe has now said it is Lowe's problem. There is much more to this nightmare but not enough time and space to type it all.

received a 20x12 gazebo on the 19th of May and took an inventory of all items and it was discovered that a few parts had been damaged so i call the Mondawe Company as it said on the manual, and talked to a representative which explain they would get with the warehouse and get the two K7's parts that were broken and would ship them (call1) received a call back explaining that the warehouse did not have the part and they would have to get them from the country of orgin but had no idea when they could get them (call 2) called company back still no idea of when maybe 1 to 2 weeks (call 3), received call back saying i would have to pay customs and duty fees and then send the voucher to get reimbursed I explained that I was not going to pay anything and i just wanted the parts that were broken (call 4) received call back the next day with the representative saying the say thing i would have to pay and i again said nope not paying (call 5) next day call saying the same thing almost like it was a scripted response again about paying custom and duty fees (call 6) so as a customer who only wanted to replace a few broken pieces I am so disappointed with this Company, I really like the product but this make the whole experience not a very good one.

I got a faucet that started peeling not more than 5 months after installation. I sent my first email with pictures in May, and here in August still no action. Every call is a runaround, email this person, and send more pictures to this email. Their customer service is terrible.

We have been trying to get tech support for 2 weeks straight. Not one call or email.this is very up setting. the led on the valves is not working. My plumber has been trying to get a hold of you for over 3 weeks. He sent all the paper work in. Call him his name is Ken 805 432 6426 this is ridiculous

We have been reaching out to the company with a warranty request because our item was received with a damaged part and NO ONE will contact us.

Still haven't received products.
