Great customer service and support

Customer service was very helpful, after FedEx delivered my product damaged. You guys stayed in contact with me until I received my replacement product with know problem. My advice for you guys is to stop using FedEx, because they just don't care about any items they are delivering.

I found the support from Mondawe to be top notch both for presale and post sale. I purchased a Musical Rain Shower for a new construction. I had a minor issue with the thermostatic valve. It was replaced under warranty and customer service arranged for me to purchase some spare valves in case we need to replace them later. Followup is consistent.I worked with Mona and could not ask for better service. The product is a highlight of the new home.

We bought the Mondawe 12-ft x 14-ft Brown Gazebo with Hardtop Roof through Lowe’s. Initial quality and sturdiness seem excellent. Assembly was mostly trouble-free. Delivery of the heavy boxes did result in some minor dings to steel roof panels, but nothing significant. One curtain rail was damaged, and one piece was missing (due to duplicate packing of another part). Calling the number on the instructions connected me to polite, professional service. It did take a few calls and photos to explain, but we were sent replacement parts at no cost in about 2 weeks. We are very happy with the product now that it’s fully assembled.

Quick response to a problem we had with our umbrella. They shipped a replacement piece quickly and had excellent communication. They even made sure we got the replacement piece after it showed as delivered. 100% satisfied. Thank you for the great customer service!

I bought the Mondawe 10-ft x 12-ft AeroEave Black Gazebo with Hardtop Roof and am very pleased with the esthetics of this gazebo. It was exactly what I was looking for. I took my time assembling it and making sure I was following the directions. The instructions are more pictures than instructions, so I made a few mistakes and had to back track a few times. Overall, the assembly was straight forward and easy to follow. It does require an additional set of hands to hold things up while you bolt items together. I really like the metal roof; it keeps the suns heat off us. My last gazebo had a polycarbonate roof and if felt like the sun was being magnified. The kit comes with a lot of screws and nuts, but it wasn't too bad. The kit includes extra screws, washers, nuts, and bolts, so don't worry about losing one. The kit is shipped in four separate boxes, so don't panic if they show up at different times. Customer service is excellent. I had an issue and contacted Mondawe. They responded withing a day. Mondawe texted and called me every day until the issue was resolved. I am very satisfied with our purchase and would recommend this gazebo and the manufacturer to anyone looking to purchase one.
