Fantastic Customer Support
We installed a Mondawe 12 in Ceiling Mount Shower System 4 years ago. We have loved every shower for the past 4 years. But just recently we noticed the temperature was not staying warm enough and that a new cartridge may be needed. Mondawe customer support has been nothing but fantastic. They have helped us figure out exactly what part might be needed on a shower that is 4-5 years old. They have been responsive, knowledgeable and most importantly patient with me, as I know nothing about plumbing or what anything is or looks like.

top notch and great customer support
Installed shower system and all works great we really love it. Had and issue and they resolved it right away. I would highly recommend this company...it's rare that you get this kind of customer care and service after the sale. Not only that it's been a few years since purchased but they made it right fast and friendly..top notch customer service and product support

I had an issue with my new patio table…
I had an issue with my new patio table that involved the bolts. After reaching out to customer service to explain, I received a case number and communication throughout the process was excellent. I received replacement parts within 21 days.

Luxury Shower System
The brushed gold shower system was exactly what we were looking for. We are impressed with the quality of the individual parts. After installation, the system performs very well - easy to operate, with great water pressure. Definitely glad we purchased this system / great value and a great look!

Customer service was great
Customer service was great! They helped me right away and would answer my questions in a timely manner. They shipped a part to my shower that had broke after I had bought it.
