Reese was very helpful
Reese was very helpful. Customer oriented. Lowes was not as helpful though so I’m glad we reached out to customer service. We received our order and installed. The item was correct but in the wrong box. Good thing we opened it otherwise it would have been returned. All in all thank you Reese

We received the part needed ( matter of…
We received the part needed ( matter of fact, 3 of them!- but it’s good to have spares!) and we installed it. Good customer service after sending several photos and messages to make our request clearer? Reese? Was very helpful.

The color of chair that I ordered was…green, but ended up with a gray chair.
The color of chair that I ordered was no longer available. I had to call customer service to learn this information. Once I was in contact with Mona, she facilitated getting the chair in a different color. She was extremely helpful.

Loved it that it arrived sooner than expected. Their tracking system needs to be updated. For us it looked as if the shipment was stuck at one place and all this time it was moving. Loved the product itself. The instructions were dead on. 😀

12-ft x 14-ft Brown Gazebo with Hardtop Roof
We bought the Mondawe 12-ft x 14-ft Brown Gazebo with Hardtop Roof through Lowe’s. Initial quality and sturdiness seem excellent. Assembly was mostly trouble-free. Delivery of the heavy boxes did result in some minor dings to steel roof panels, but nothing significant. One curtain rail was damaged, and one piece was missing (due to duplicate packing of another part). Calling the number on the instructions connected me to polite, professional service. It did take a few calls and photos to explain, but we were sent replacement parts at no cost in about 2 weeks. We are very happy with the product now that it’s fully assembled.

We haven't put the sunroom up yet, but we had one damaged part and the customer service was top notch and I had no trouble getting it replaced. I would give the customer service a 5 rating.

Great customer service
Right up front, I love the furniture. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars was the time it took to resolve a missing part issue. The customer service department was great and handled the problem by sending me a whole leg with the adjustable foot, which was all that was missing, instead of just the probably $1 part! The process took close to a month to resolve but they did everything in their power to make me happy! I would buy from Mondawe again based on their service and the quality of the product.

Table was missing parts
Table was missing parts. It took some time to get them mailed and I had to follow up once. After that the experience was good.
