Five star customer service
Needed replacement covers for some outdoor furniture. Mona was who I dealt with from beginning to end. The entire process was smooth and easy. Customer service was excellent! Mona kept in constant contact with me, keeping me up-to-date on my situation, when it was approved and when the new covers were shipped. She followed up to make sure I received them. You really don’t see customer service like this anymore… I appreciate it! Thank you, Mona!

Excellent product
Excellent product. Customer service has been great to deal with. Very large umbrella and the lights are a big plus.

Bought a beautiful patio dining table
Bought a beautiful patio dining table. I am very satisfied with the table, but original one had a small defect. Mondawe customer service handled my issue professionally and resolved it to my satisfaction quickly. I highly recommend the company and their products.

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. The patio table we ordered arrived with a crack across the top. The customer service agent assigned to me did an excellent job gathering needed information, keeping us informed of the progress of replacing the table, and following up after it was delivered.

Great shower
I got a shower set from them. Its pretty luxury and exactly what i needed for my bathroom upgrade. They were helpful theoughout the process of buying and also with the adter care. I recommend them 100%

We bought an q1ft. Umbrella with lights
We bought an11 ft. Umbrella with lights but after several days lights never came on. We called and Clarise was able to help us. She gave us several options to try. Finally she send us a text so we could check several things. She was very helpful and we appreciate all that she did. Finally the lights worked!!!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
My experience with Mondawe Customer service was more than I expected. I had purchased a 11x13 umbrella late September2025 and used it once before the winter. Then early this Spring 2026, we were unable to open it up completely. I called Customer Service and briefly explained the problem. There were two ladies, Mona and Jobi that were so Professional in assuring me they will follow through and take care of it. They e-mailed me and also call me to let me know that a new replacement umbrella will be delivered in 3 days. I received within day and a half. THAT IS REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank You Mona and Jobi.
